This may be a surprise to most, but green tea has anti-inflammatory properties too. It is a great alternative supplement in fighting joint pains.

8. Boswellia Serrata

Boswellia Serrata is a good supplement most especially if you are suffering from osteoarthritis of the knee. Most people prefer Boswellia as this is natural and effective.
